All appointments take place at my address (Oude Mechelsebaan 321, 3201 Langdorp), unless otherwise agreed.

There is no Bancontact system. Payments can be made via the website, transfer or banking app.

Please be present at the agreed time so that the training can start on time. It is best to arrive a little earlier, so that the dog can do its business before the start of training.

Thank you for informing me at least 24 hours in advance if an appointment cannot be made. This applies to every Big Mouth service. If you do not cancel in time, you may still be charged for the appointment (this also applies to planned travel time).

Due to the wide range of training and types of dogs, Big Mouth Dog Training cannot be held liable for any accidents, loss or damage in any capacity.

Please ensure that the dog has not yet eaten and that you have food/reward with you to the training session. You can also bring other rewards such as balls or ropes with you. In other words, make sure that you always have all the necessary equipment (food, play, leash, etc.) with you to your appointment.
